Process Service

Once a service has been received we enter it into our system and do a preliminary workup on it to increase our odds of success on the first contact. Of course the more information you provide the more likely we will be successful. We will work the address provided until we can rule it out or complete the service. If the address happens to be bad we will contact you to decide which way you want to proceed before we skip Trace and you incur any more expense.

Unlike many other servers, we won’t just make a few attempts and return it as non-serve because it is too difficult. With our web portal you can check status, view attempts/comments and print associated documents any time you wish.
